chill your mind

We wanted to take a new look at relaxation music and explore different environments.  Places that you wouldn't normally equate with relaxation, but really do have their own peaceful spaces.  So we've composed the 'chill your mind' series.  This music will be available as a download or on a CD shortly.  Each track sets a musical landscape then retreats to quiet passages allowing the listener to fall away into relaxation.  The the music builds again to the finish.  You can also try these relaxation tips and exercises.
The silence of space brings its own style of peace.  Chill your mind on a 'spacewalk' and feel the beauty of the Earth from beyond. 

The tracks contain a mix of space sound effects and lilting, soft music.
